Please tell me how many iPhones per person can be brought to Moscow from Thailand? And then three friends are asking to buy.

The question is not how much can be exported from Thailand, but how much can be imported duty-free into Russia. At customs, you may have to prove that you need all three iPhones for personal use. If you can't prove it, you'll have to pay a fee. More than two can be recognized as a party for resale.
