You can withdraw only what was on the account as of March 9, but not more than 10k dollars.

And what about them? You can withdraw cash up to the equivalent of 10 thousand dollars. The limit is one-time for one bank.

In the Russian Federation everything as written. But abroad you can withdraw bucks from ruble accounts in unlimited quantities. Only yesterday the bank discussed this moment.
