Has anyone paid with a Thai visa/mastercard around the world? In Europe, the Americas, England, etc.? And is it possible to link the card to an international phone (Russian, Spanish, Israeli, etc.)?

At the expense of the number I am not sure that this is possible. It is easier to connect roaming on the SIM card.. Payments with a card in other countries work.
