Has anyone tried to open a post office bank remotely? Through the state books it seemed to be written was a varik.

No, I checked, only Rosselkhoz, AkBars and PSB... the post bank collects biometrics themselves, you need to appear in person necessarily.

If you pass biometrics to Rostelecom (I give birth + voice) in any bank nearby that collects, then theoretically - it is possible.
