Tell me, please, someone drank valerian valian-x in Phuket? There for some reason the dosage is 2000mg per tablet, and it is written that you can 2 per day and in Russian 20mg total. It's not clear how safe it is.

Bought, a day quietly 3 pieces. At night, I won't say that it's particularly helpful. For sleep at 7/11 there is a drink with chamomile, in aggregate the effect will be better.

In theory here we are talking about 2 gr. dry root powder. And in Russian tablets - there is talk about an extract from the roots. Logically, the extract is more concentrated. Sweat it and less in the pill. But I'm not a real pharmacist.
