It is not clear with queues, it seems that no one has unsubscribed in recent years what is there and how. But it is unlikely that the queues have become smaller - given that for a couple of years the transport department simply did not work. As for getting the rights of category A" when "translating" rights only with category "B"" - this is closer to the level of legends. Either you're just lucky and the Thais made a mistake
