Tell me, if my passport becomes valid for less than 6 months in early April, will it be possible to make a student visa and at the same time order a new passport in Phuket?

Make a visa before April, then immediately order a new passport (since it is quite possible that the passport will be more than two months old), after receiving a new passport, transfer the visa. Do not delay with the visa and take risks. By law, expiring passports are not accepted by the Immigration Service. Might be lucky... But maybe you might not be so lucky.

Theoretically yes, but it will have to be transferred to a new passport later.
