Open an account in a purple bank here, fill it either with crypto (binance p2p), or through wise (if it does not ban the Russians of course)

I still only have an idea to wait for our banks to issue unionpay to order and ask someone to send here. Another option is to find a reliable person with a Thai account and receive through it. But I don't know anyone ((
