We have their annual worldwide insurance incl. extreme and covid at $100k, without 45 days.

I asked them about it. They said you need to buy a second one. type can have 2 policies. The 1st 45 days that goes on the card, and the second policy is already bought for the required period for money. If you have of course the 1st policy on the premium card.

The policy is valid for 45 days. Then you buy a new policy, it is also valid for 45 days and that's it, then insured in another company. Tinkoff has the maximum possible period of stay in one country under their policy - 90 days.
