Are there those who live in Laguna Park? We plan to rent a town house there, but there is a construction site nearby. Do you want to know how much they make noise, interfere? Or maybe there are some other not obvious problems with this complex?

We have been living for a month, right near the construction site- absolutely no worries are caused, a small noise in the daytime is present, but not loud and not annoying absolutely. On the contrary, a very quiet environment, there is a swimming pool, a small park with a lawn and a playground, a checkpoint with round-the-clock security- in general, we did not find any minuses for the month, but we have chic owners who solve all the problems around the house, if they arise.
