Flights were not cancelled. It's just that on their website it is not yet possible to buy a ticket with payment by plastic card of Russian banks. If there is another card, there should be no problem.

They fly, but only sell tickets to Istanbul in Russia. They fly to a third country, but you can't buy a ticket in Russia now.
