If I rent a house in Phuket, what are the additional costs of water, electricity, internet, cleaning? Or is it easier to rent a three-star hotel room on the second line? For a couple of months.

It seems the most frequent story is separately for electricity on the meter. Internet is on (but may not be fast). Cleaning once a week, for example. Conditions may vary. And the hotel, it will either be very cheap and aspirational, or the daily payment will be expensive (but here I did not study all the options). A condo, with multiple bedrooms, seems like a reasonable option for you.
