Living in a Phuket condo, abruptly at the same time a strange smell appeared from all the conders when they were turned on. Employees climbed, the cause was not found. Maybe anyone had something similar with the conders?

Usually clogged with dust grates with inserts that retain dust, according to the regulations they must be cleaned 2 times a year with active use, bacteria can even breed there, and the smell is usually because of them. You need to remove these grates and blow them, clean them.

When we arrived, the mold layer was removed from the blades. But there's probably more inside of it. Are there any cleaning services, or are landlords dealing with this issue?
