Somewhere I came across the information that covid stamps on young children are not made, allegedly they are renewed automatically with parents. Are they lying?

Children are not fined, and you may not renew them, but then the children may have problems So it is better to do everything and pay everyone.

They say, but it's better to do it, otherwise they will have an oversty, for free, but you will come again with them later.
