If vaccinated, then there is no need to do PCR. You just need to fill out a form on public services notifying you that you are arriving in the Russian Federation. Maybe in a few days. There will be a qr code that will need to be shown at the airport at the exit. And then you don't have to fill out a paper form on the plane. Plus, you will need to fill out another form on public services upon arrival.
