Applied for a tiepass on Monday 3.1, departure on Wednesday 12.1, still not received a response ( in support of Taipass wrote, also without an answer. Tell me where else you can go for help? So we have 2 working days left before departure.

They also work on weekends. We have a flight on the 13th and just waiting. Due to the fact that they write to all the e-mails 20 times, the work only slows down.
