Are there any beautiful places on the island in the mountains where it is beautiful and you can meet the sunrise with a view of the sea? I thought Buddha was such a place, but I was told it was closed to tourists at night.

Closed at night. Before dawn, you can go in. It seems like officially everything opens from 6 am. But no one bothers to look at the dawn. Except for the monkeys there. But they go away as soon as the sun rises.

The mountains are not about Phuket. A good sunrise on the Nangshe Samet in the neighboring province of Phang Nga.
