from the last vaccination to departure, 14 days must pass - for the unvaccinated - 10 days of closed quarantine in AQ hotels - you can get from the airport to the SHA+ hotel on a transfer booked through the hotel or take a taxi at the airport (no car rental until the result of 1 test) - some SHA+ hotels turn a blind eye to mandatory overnight stays at the hotel - there is information, that some hotels no longer issue ShabaID, so to get a Thailand Pass you will need to enter a reservation number from an aggregator or hotel - when flying to Singapore, a 48-hour PCR test is needed for transit, the Etihad is 72 hours (regardless of the direction of the flight).
