The liveliest area of Rawai. I will not say about Aoyon, but there you need to get out to Naiharn first, then life will be on))

On Ao Yon was a few days ago in clear weather - there are generally 10 people maximum on the beach seen, and on Rawai beaches more and livelier. Shops, markets and cafes - definitely more on Rawai. But from Ao Yon kilometers 5-6 already Phuket town begins, there is also a lot of stuff.
