If you are talking about the sandbox and not quarantine, then: 1. Sit in Phuket and only then on Koh Phangan 2. Sit in Bangkok and then on Koh Phangan 3. Buy a special single ticket directly to Koh Samui, there one night and then to Koh Phangan.
