Does anyone know about Singapore Airlines, their laptop comes as part of hand luggage and is subject to weighing? I just have a problem that I want to fly without luggage, and with a laptop I do not fit into the limit of 7 kg.

Yes there is a random, want - weigh, want - no depends on the mood of the person on the rack. Probably won't weigh.
