Can I rent a car immediately at Phuket airport ? Or is a taxi a must? Are we renting a PCR at the airport?

Taxi required. There are people who check all the tourists, ask where and how to go to the hotel, I had a reservation from Alex taxi for 600 baht for me and the Thai. As a result, they burned me down and did not let me sit in one car, they took me to the second one for 800 baht.
