Which mobile operator should I choose in Phuket? On the streets they sell SIM cards for 400 baht for 30 days - unlimited Internet, 30 Mbit speed. Can I take it? Tell me, how much on average does it cost to rent a bike for a day, for a few weeks and for a month?

For 400 norms for 30 Mbps. rent from 300 per day, a month cheaper.

Sim card can be taken in any 7/11. You can connect the tariff yourself. A bike is a stretchable concept. Price too.
