In Phuket on the sandbox through Bangkok can not fly, if I understood everything correctly? only by direct flight from outside Thailand? i.e. if you fly black Bangkok then you have to go through the sandbox for 7 days there?

It seems like they wrote that if there is a transit and a single ticket to Phuket, then OK.

That's right, to Phuket only by international direct flight.
