Everything is complicated in the sing, but it seems that certain companies (including sing airlines) are allowed transit

The site says that PCR is sufficient for transit. But it's better to double-check and write.

I answer my own question for the archive. For the flight of Singapore Airlines with transit in Singapore, there are no significant restrictions, only PCR in both directions with a period of 48 hours (at the time of landing at the airport of departure). Information directly from AK.
