According to your experience and knowledge, how much can you ask for a discount for a long stay? If you want to live in a villa for 1-3 months or when.

20-30% and in general three prices usually happen: daily, per month and per year. If you rent from a month, the price will be much cheaper than counting 30 days per day. Ask the owner of the villa for the price per month. Sometimes renting for a month is cheaper than renting a villa for 14 days for rent. And it's 50% cheaper.

Lived this year from February to June, but not in a villa, but in a hotel, paid for 1 month with a discount of 40%, I think if they paid for 3-4 months in advance you can get 50-60%. In November, we plan to return for 6-8 months, I hope that it will be even cheaper.
