Give. At the time of vaccination, a paper is given about the first dose received and the date of the second. With this paper and passport, you go to the hospital from which your vaccination point was located, and receive a vaccination certificate for movement within the country. It costs 50 baht. Looks like an A5 piece of paper with the date of your vaccination and your data. International passport vaccinated only after the second dose.
