Upon arrival from the Russian Federation? Yeah, where does it go. But I don't know from other regions on Tai, I think more knowledgeable people will tell you here.

There was information that they can cancel in March-April if there is a covid passport (vaccines, tests, etc.), but this is so not exact that I am sure that this will not happen. At the moment, quarantine cannot be avoided at all.
