Tell me where in Phuket markets with seafood where it can be cooked immediately? Preferably the middle of the island or closer to the northern areas.

There are many places. In the south, starting in the Rawai embankment and there are a bunch of markets. Not all are daily and it is not clear on what principle they are opened. But you can find and cook sifood on the spot. I recommend generally bbq cafes. There you cook, exactly the way you want. It can be difficult for Thais to explain as it should be)))
