The bike stalled and the engine began to make noise. I went to the service, checked the oil, and there it is not. Is the engine finished or repairable?

Riding such a bike is highly undesirable.

If still on the go there is an option to buy oil and mix with gasoline in the proportion of 1 oil to 2-3 gasoline. This is if the oil pump has flown or the filter is clogged and the oil does not enter the engine from the tank. If it does not go - most likely for the replacement of some parts of the CPG (engine), depending on how much he managed to erase himself. The instruction applies to two-stroke scooters (it is better to clarify)

If there is an oil level sensor, it stalls before the point of no return. Well, if the engine is not jammed, then nothing is lost yet.

If there is no oil, it will soon jam (if not already). We need to change the engine.

Write urgently in the rent - if the sound has already appeared, you can not do anything, you need to capitalize the engine...
