Can anyone recommend kite surfing school (preferably in Rawai)? And is there seasonality in this sport?

For kites wind is needed, one limitation. The school is on chalong, there is a ru instructor. The season is just beginning.

I am not a real welder, but I have heard that the first many, many classes in kiting are spent on the fact that on the shore I can still learn how to lift the wing into the air and control it.
