There is a café near the Chalong Ring. Open from 18.00. There are all sorts of borscht and dumplings. They can, for sure, cook broth. The owner there is a Russian-speaking guy.

There is a Russian restaurant on the way to Nai Harn Beach, but I'm not 100% sure it's still working, although the sign hangs.
