Where to certify the translation of documents into English in Russia? So that upon arrival the staff is not sent to the embassy in Bangkok.

Birth certificate for example, I translated to the Russian Federation and certified there at the notary, and then at the consulate in Phuket again (this was the requirement of the migration for a study visa)

Well, for the workshop, they ask in the embassy to certify the translation. I thought, is it possible to somehow prepare in the Russian Federation, so that upon arrival I do not go to Bangkok.
