Standard poisoning is when a couple of days, diarrhea and vomiting less than ten times a day, and without blood. If longer, or more, or with blood - you need to go to the doctor. Well, of course, there can be options when just poisoning is not treated and only aggravated - then it can result in a serious ailment, but if you are already unwell for a week - you still need to see a doctor.

And the temperature is quite high, in combination with headaches it is still better to consult a doctor if let's say tomorrow the temperature does not go away..
