Tell me who flew emirates with long transit in Dubai. What are the conditions for going out into the city and spending the night? Pcr needed? Luggage will go directly to Phuket or receive.. and then the contradictory infa everywhere... thanks.

You know, the Emirates website has full information, everything is scheduled. In short, if there is a certificate (the satellite is suitable), then PCR is not needed either for transit or for access to the city. If the connection is long, then you can try to arrange Dubai Connect: get some buns - a hotel, a transfer. Luggage goes directly to Phuket, because a single ticket is issued. Although you can probably ask to get it to Dubai, at least when I had a stopover in Singapore, the luggage was picked up there, although there was a single ticket.
