Who carries fruit in hand and in baskets and bags, someone in the luggage takes the basket. Others pack fruit in a suitcase and even a basket in a manual one. And about the fact that it is possible to have fruit in a basket on the plane, check with AK. It seems that there are no problems if everything is in acceptable norms.
