Visa must be done at the consulate of Thailand. Tourist visa is made for 60 days. Then on the spot it can be extended for another 30 days.

Yes nobody. No one goes there now. For there is no particular meaning. Why fly to Kuala Lumpur when you can get to immigrashka and last for 1900.
