The first is kind of like a hotel beach, the second is pretty mediocre. Next to patong, towards karon.

Merlin is beautiful, white is a rarity for Phuket. Minus - corals/rocks at the bottom, a lot. At low tide, it is problematic to go into the water. Tri-Trang is a shallow semi-wild beach. There are still elephants like bathing Smile
