To put it bluntly, then no way)) but there are moves: 1) unionpei card of ru-bank. 2) open a Thai card and make a swift transfer to it from a ru-account (clubs with commissions) 3) transfer from ru to ru in MoneyShopPhuket, they will give you cash baht.
