If in the Russian Federation rubles then go with rubles if dollars then with dollars.

If you first change money in the Russian Federation then here, it will be more expensive than just here to change any currency, the dollar is more profitable to change here of course, but if you know where a good exchange rate for the ruble is, you can even more profitably change rubles.
