Hello! If you leave every month for 2-3 days in another country, and then return, then is it possible to live like this for a long time? Or the first check-in for a month is possible only once, and then only tourist visas.

You can try to do that. But if some thoughts that a third consecutive tourist visa may cause some interest among border guards. Since it doesn't quite fit the tourist/winterer pattern anymore, but more like an illegal immigrant.
