The best place on PPI is LongBeach. There are almost no people there (well, there are people there, of course, but there are not as many of them as on Tonsai) and they go to bed early. I recommend a good hotel (though twice your budget) - Phi Phi The Beach Resort. Search on booking in Long Beach in general )
