Who rents a condo or house please tell me how much on average per month. pay for electricity and water?

It all depends on how much they break for the unit and whether you use aircon. The price for a unit varies 4-10 baht (someone said about 12). This applies to electricity and it is worth understanding that my AC is permanently turned off, but I am almost always at home and note at work. I got something like 700 baht a month, at a cost of 8 baht per unit. The water cost 40 baht\unit, but even taking into account the frequent washings, I almost did not notice the water.
