Take TM30 at your place of residence (or a screenshot from the migration site, you were obliged to register there), take a photo in the atelier and a copy of your passport. You go to the migration service, there for 300-500 baht you get AN RC. With it you go to any Bangkok bank and open an account for 7100 baht.
