It is allowed to export 1 liter of liquid per person and it does not matter whether it is hand luggage or not. That is, if you take for example rum 1 liter, then it is already a little or gels of 50-100 ml can no longer be taken? Or did I mess something up.

You can take out as much as you want. There are already problems with import into the Russian Federation or where you are flying. In the Russian Federation, up to 3 liters of alcohol is duty-free.

In hand luggage you can conduct anything, the main thing is that the volume does not exceed 100 ml of one container and the amount is not more than 1 liter. For example, you can take 20 bottles of whiskey scales on the plane (with you, in hand luggage). You can also check in the luggage, alcohol there any container can be. But upon arrival in the Russian Federation, customs officers can selectively check. Even for a child, we drove 9 liters once.
