Tell me about how to stay in Tai for 3 months? Just go to make a tour visa for 3 or 6 months in Moscow ? Or come and ride on the visars or some other options?! Thanks in advance.

If you need 90 days (this is usually a little less than 3 months), then it is most correct to make a single-entry visa in Moscow. And live by it. But this is not the easiest option. Therefore, you can go by stamp - and then in 30 days go somewhere on the visa and make a visa - on which to live for another 60 days.
