as in Phuket with sorting and delivery of secondary raw materials ? It's wild for me to throw away bags and plastic bottles along with all the garbage (who knows???

There are points of reception of recyclables. If you want to bother - you can remotely collect and take it there. If you do not want to bother too much - you can just separately collect and put next to the garbage can. Usually, Thais drive along the garbage cans, which will eat them right on the spot. Give them a little gift.
