In any Thai ATM there will be a commission of 200-220 baht, wherever it is located. The withdrawal amount does not matter. The commission is taken by a Thai bank. Tinkoff does not take a commission.

Throughout the Kingdom. Tinkoff will not take interest, and a Thai ATM will certainly do it.
