Where better would you recommend with a small child?) to have more or less some infrastructure, and quiet, and the beach is bright) and the rent is inexpensive

Quiet - Naiharn, Infrastructure - Patong, Karon, Cheap - Island Center.

Now there are many Russian-speaking people with children in Bangtao. Relatively quiet (only mosques in the mornings). The infrastructure is also point-by-point - but depends on the location. Thai-style accommodation is cheap.
