No. Though it says the opposite. I took a fool just in case, and safely forgot it in the condo. Now in Moscow with an IDP, but without a card here it is impossible to do this. Fortunately, there are good people. Already everything was taken away and on Sunday they will bring (there on the rights I left a bunch of other things)
